As data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Işık Bahçe Bakım processes the personal data obtained through the bahcebakim.com website and our contact channels as described in this notice.

• Meeting our legal obligations

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, by email and by phone, partly by automated means. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

We do not send marketing messages. If we wish to do so in future, we will ask for your explicit consent.

For the purposes above and only as needed, your personal data may be shared with Işık Peyzaj group companies to deliver the service, with the hosting and email providers we use, and with competent public authorities on request. The servers of our email and hosting providers may be located abroad; in that case, transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by the relevant legislation. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom it is transferred
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Ask for corrections, deletions and destructions to be notified to third parties it was transferred to
• Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
